OEP announced their Beating the Odds Awards! Beating the Odds award winners serve a population where at least 66% of students face economic challenges and where the students are demonstrating the highest levels of academic growth. OEP chooses to highlight student academic growth because we believe that it is the best reflection of the impact that a school is having on students’ academic success.
Congratulations to all of these wonderful schools, and a big woo hoo to Cave City High School for being the TOP high school in the state for overall student growth, with an overall growth score of 83.87!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thank you, Veterans, for your service. We appreciate you!

Schools on the Move Toward Excellence recognizes Arkansas schools who make significant progress on their Public School Ratings and ESSA School Index Reports.
Each year, schools are identified (where appropriate by grade span) for various aspects of improvement. We are so proud of all of our schools! We had multiple who made gains on their ESSA score.
We're yelling"woohoo!" to Midland Elementary School for being recognized as a Featured School on the Move! Way to go!
